Let us mention the fact that the last entrance of Saturn in Aries was 165 years ago! According to a certain logic, such a phenomenon should produce a major event! As a matter of fact, according to me, Astrology has nothing to do with large cycles and durations. On the contrary, my « septenial Astrology » works with periods of 7 years. And during that time, we have 3 subperiods of a little more than a couple of years, that is a third of 7 years with the classical division in cardinal, fixed and mutable signs, Aries being just one of the 4 cardinal signs/ That is to say that the entrance of Saturn in Aries is quite an ordinary thing The fact that is conjunct or not with Neptune is not relevant for my approach. According to me, Neptune is absolutely of no effect and it is Saturne which is worth studying and not Neptune. Still, it does happen that Saturn and Neptune occupy the same area but is just a matter of chance, without consequence.. Neptune is not covered in Titius Bode’s law concerning our solar system. Barbault has favoured a polyplanetarian model while we have chosen Saturn as being the astrological center or our solar System. My astrology is extremely simple and easy to check since it has a great quantity of occurences to check. The diversity is on the side of the Zodiac and not of the planets. Barbault has ignored the zodiacal signs in his Mundane Astrology. Therefore, the next Paris Conference about the entrance of Saturne- Neptune in Aries would anyway be absolutely meaningless for him.
